IVRLA Job Vacancies
The Irish Virtual Research Library and Archive is a HEA PRTLI-funded project based in
University College Dublin. The Project is a component of the research programme of the
Humanities Institute of Ireland (UCD HII) and its aims are to support leading-edge
research by enabling access to digitised content and to undertake direct research on
digitisation and digital repositories.
The project has forged close links with a number of UCD Colleges and Schools interested
in progressing an eHumanities agenda and is also working on the development of a
long-term digital preservation repository as a complement to the access focused IVRLA.
Following on from the launch of the digital repository in September 2007, the IVRLA
is building on its success and experience in the area of digital repository development
and wishes to expand its multi-disciplinary team. It is currently seeking applications
for the following roles:
Further details about the project are available at
the IVRLA website
and details about the job vacancies are available at
www.ucd.ie/hr/html/vacancies/index.html#lib
Closing date is Friday 8th February.
- The IVRLA would also like to wish Joseph Greene a fond farewell and best wishes in his
new endeavours.
